Santa Helena, is a Chilean winery founded in 1942 and is one of the largest wineries based in the Colchagua Valley. It is particularly recognized for the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignon and has won many awards for its wines over the years

Rose wines are made from fermenting red grapes and then removing the partially fermented wines from the skins after a short period. The length of time the skins are in contact with the wine can influence the colour. Rose wines can range from very pale to deep pink and should always be served chilled
