Perfectly matched with an array of fish including salmon, poached white fish, oysters, and prawns or with fresh green salads containing parsley, pepper or lemon. Mediterranean and Turkish sished with hummus, olives and feta also match well.

    Producer information
Brancott Estate was the first to plant and create the world’s first Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine – a style that has since changed the course of the country’s wine industry. Beginning in 1934 as Montana Wines, the new name of Brancott Estate is inspired by Brancott Vineyard - the original Marlborough vineyard and home. From the very beginning, the connection to the land and the commitment to its care and preservation remain central to their winemaking philosophy. The skill and dedication of their winemakers and viticulturists is evident in every bottle of Brancott Estate wine, as is the care and respect for the land and natural resources that allow them to produce each and every one.

White wines are usually fermented without the skins to achieve a lighter, paler colour. Some winemakers use a proportion of the skins in contact with the wine to influence the flavour and add complexity. Further complexity can be achieved by fermenting or aging the wine in oak, which can add buttery, creamy, spicy notes
